Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Gora mobile application ("Gora", "the App", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gora. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Service Description

Gora is an AI-powered video generation service. The App lets you create videos from text prompts and, optionally, restyle a video you choose from your own library, in a variety of artistic styles. Generated content is produced by automated AI systems based on your inputs.

Gora is a generation tool, not an editing tool. It does not add or remove watermarks, logos or any other element from your media, and it provides no masking, retouching or object-removal capability.

4. Subscriptions

• Gora offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly and Yearly) that unlock premium features: unlimited generations, all creative styles, and Full HD output.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account through the Apple App Store at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Your Content and AI Processing

You retain all rights to the prompts you write and the videos you choose to submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit it solely to operate and provide the service.

Generation is carried out by a third-party AI processing provider, fal.ai, running Google's Gemini video model. Before anything is sent for the first time, the App shows you a disclosure screen naming what is sent and to whom, and asks for your explicit permission; nothing is transmitted unless you agree, and you can withdraw that permission at any time under Settings › Legal › AI Data Sharing. You agree not to submit content that:

• is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or invasive of another person's privacy or publicity rights;
• is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise exploits or harms minors in any way;
• infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right, or attempts to strip attribution, watermarks or ownership marks from material you do not own;
• impersonates any person without consent or is intended to deceive or defraud;
• violates any applicable law or regulation.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate access that violates these rules.

6. AI-Generated Output

AI-generated videos are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to output generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or sharing it, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the App per these Terms, no rights are granted to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the App or on this page, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Turkey, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

13. Apple App Store

Where these Terms are silent, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your use of the App. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.
