Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Gora mobile application ("Gora", "we", "us") collects, how it is collected, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

• Prompts and generation settings — the text prompt you type and the style and size you select. Collected directly from you, in the app, when you tap Generate.
• Videos you attach — collected only when you personally pick a video from your photo library. Gora never scans, reads or uploads your library; it receives only the single file you choose.
• Basic request data — device model, operating system version, app version, language, IP address and timestamp, sent automatically with each network request to our servers and used for compatibility, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
• Subscription status — whether you have an active subscription, received from Apple. We never receive or store your payment card details; all payments are handled by Apple.

Gora has no user accounts. We do not collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos you did not select, or any advertising identifier.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate videos from your prompts and attachments and deliver the results to you.
• To operate, maintain and improve the App and diagnose technical issues.
• To verify subscription entitlements and provide premium features.
• To respond to your support requests.

We do not use your prompts or your videos to train any artificial intelligence model, and we do not use them for advertising or profiling.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

Gora does not generate video on your device. To produce a result, your request is sent to a third-party artificial intelligence service. Before this happens for the first time, the App shows you a disclosure screen naming exactly what is sent and to whom, and asks for your explicit permission. Nothing is sent unless you agree.

• Who receives it — fal.ai. fal.ai is the AI processing provider that runs the generation model on our behalf. The model itself is Google's Gemini video model, hosted on fal.ai's infrastructure. See fal.ai's privacy policy.
• What is sent. Your text prompt, the style and aspect ratio you chose, and — only if you attached one — the video file you selected. A video you attach is uploaded directly from your device to fal.ai's storage; the file itself never passes through or is stored on our own servers.
• What is never sent. No name, e-mail address, contacts, location, payment details or device advertising identifier is sent to fal.ai. Requests carry no account or user identifier, because the App has none.
• Protection. fal.ai processes this data as our service provider, solely to produce your result. Its terms require it to protect your data to a standard equal to the one described in this policy, and do not permit it to use your content to train models or for any independent purpose of its own.

Apple — subscription purchases, renewals and cancellations are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store.

We do not sell or share your personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising, and the App serves no third-party advertising.

4. Your Consent, and How to Withdraw It

Permission for the third-party AI processing described in Section 3 is asked for inside the App, before any data is sent, and is recorded on your device. You can review what you agreed to, and withdraw that permission at any time, under Settings › Legal › AI Data Sharing. Withdrawing stops all transmission to fal.ai; no new videos can be generated until you agree again. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Our own servers keep no copy of your prompts or your videos; requests are relayed and not archived. fal.ai retains your prompt, any attached video and the generated result only for as long as it needs to run the job and return the result to you, in line with its own retention practices. Generated videos you save are stored by you, in your own photo library, and are under your control.

You can request deletion of any data we hold at any time by e-mailing emrullah.bas@icloud.com; we will respond within a reasonable timeframe and delete data we are not legally required to keep.

6. Children's Privacy

Gora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for every request, both to our servers and to fal.ai. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including by fal.ai in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection law.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising their rights. To exercise any of these rights, e-mail us at emrullah.bas@icloud.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the App or on this page, and the effective date above will be updated. If what we send to a third-party AI service, or who we send it to, changes materially, the App will ask for your permission again.
