The App lets you generate images from text prompts using artificial intelligence. Generated images are created algorithmically and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other users' results.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the generated images. You agree not to create content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use images you generate for personal purposes. The App, its design, and its underlying technology remain the property of their respective owners.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
